Part 2: Every Life Matters Series
A Glimpse of Love in the Tiniest Life
'Why Every Heartbeat Matters'
In the quiet hum of a NICU, where tiny heartbeats rise against impossible odds, miracles unfold daily. These smallest of lives whisper a powerful truth: every child—no matter how small—is worthy of love, dignity, and protection.
Milestone Birthdays – a blessing and testomney of LOVE.
Earlier this month, Nash Keen, born at just 21 weeks gestation and weighing a mere 10 ounces, celebrated his first birthday—now officially the world’s most premature baby to survive. Wrapped in wires, held in the palm of a hand, Nash defied the odds and redefined what it means to be “viable.” His life, like so many others, is a profound testimony to faith, medicine, and the strength of love.
And now meet Tuff, a micro-preemie born in Georgia at 22 weeks and 1 day. Doctors were prepared to let him go—until that one extra day made all the difference. Today, he’s a vibrant two-year-old, returning to the NICU that once fought for his life, bringing smiles to the faces that never gave up.
These aren’t just rare stories. They’re reflections of our mission.
At Kentucky Right to Life, we continue to be a voice for the voiceless and a witness to the miraculous dignity of every human life. For over 52 years, faithful advocates like you have never wavered in standing for the most vulnerable.
“A baby no bigger than the palm of a hand carries the full dignity of humanity—created in the image of God, with purpose, beauty, and infinite worth.”
