About Us
Advocating for Life
Celebrating 50 years
Kentucky Right to Life was founded and formally incorporated on June 6, 1973. For 50 years Kentucky Right to Life, our chapters, our pro-life friends and supporters throughout the Commonwealth have been unwavering champions for the most vulnerable in our midst – unborn children and their mothers, the infirm, and the dying.
We are a volunteer, non-profit organization composed of grassroots people of different political persuasions, faiths, and economic, social and ethnic backgrounds.
We are a state affiliate of the National Right to Life Committee. We believe every human life is valuable, from the moment of fertilization, because every human life is created in the image of God (Psalm 139). We primarily serve the Commonwealth of Kentucky, but have engaged in projects that are having a national and international impact.

Our Mission
Changing Hearts. Saving Lives.
KRLA works to restore legal protection to those members of our human family who are threatened by abortion, infanticide, or euthanasia. Diverse though we are, we hold one common belief: That every human being has an inalienable right to life, a life that is precious and must be protected. This is stated in our nation's founding document, the Declaration of Independence.
Part of a National Movement
National Right to LIfe
Protecting Life Since 1968
Founded in 1968, National Right to Life is the nation's oldest and largest pro-life organization. National Right to Life is the federation of 50 state right-to-life affiliates and more than 3,000 local chapters. Through education and legislation, National Right to Life is working to restore legal protection to the most defenseless members of our society who are threatened by abortion, infanticide, assisted suicide and euthanasia.
The mission of National Right to Life is to protect and defend the most fundamental right of humankind, the right to life of every innocent human being from the beginning of life to natural death.
Every life is precious and
must be protected!
Educational Foundation
EDUCATING ABOUT THE VALUE OF EACH HUMAN LIFE
The Right to Life Educational Foundation of Kentucky is a 501(c) (3) non-profit organization dedicated to protecting the God-given Right to Life. We seek to educate the public on the issues of abortion, infanticide, and euthanasia and to move our culture back to a respect for human life, including unborn children.
