Our Leadership
Addia Wuchner
Executive Director
Addia Wuchner, well-known for her years in the Ky Legislature, brings a plethora of talents and experience to KRLA.
She is an unwavering pro-life, pro-family and pro-woman advocate who has championed the human rights of the unborn child and women’s right to know, the healthcare right to make a complete and informed decision before giving consent to abortion. She was the first woman in Ky to be appointed Chair of the House Standing Committee on Health and Family Services.
Her faith and mission-driven vision have taken her around the globe, at times to places few would venture. She was the founder and missions director for Project Wings Of Mercy, International Medical and Humanitarian Aid, completing nine missions to war-torn Bosnia and Croatia during the 1991-94 conflict.
Sharon Perkins
KY Right to Life Office Administrator
Sharon Perkins is a dedicated office administrator with over 30 years of experience and is known for her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to supporting mission-driven work. With a natural ability to keep operations running smoothly, she brings structure, efficiency, and excellence to every environment she serves.
Her passion for advocacy and faith is deeply rooted in her personal journey. Sharon’s first mission began through the adoption of her two children from Kazakhstan, an experience that shaped her heart for service and global outreach. This calling later led her to serve four years in Malawi, where she was actively involved in ministry work focused on discipleship, church planting, and supporting women in their faith.
At the center of Sharon’s life is her faith in Jesus Christ, which guides her leadership, relationships, and daily work. She is passionate about using her gifts to advocate for others, serve with compassion, and make a lasting impact both locally and globally.
