Urgent Update: Mary Poe v. Russell Coleman Case Postponed

Urgent Alert!!!

As we were preparing to send this letter, we received notice on the Mary Poe v. Russell Coleman, et al. lawsuit. As we had just finished printing all our letters, we quickly reprinted the last page to insert into your original letter.

The case, previously scheduled for January 3rd, has been postponed!

To allow more time for depositions at the attorneys’ request, an “agreed scheduling order” has canceled the January 3rd court date.

Judge Davis will set a new date once depositions are completed, which must be no later than January 24th, 2025.

We will keep you posted on the new date!
