Addia Wuchner
Executive Director
Addia Wuchner, well-known for her years in the Ky Legislature, brings a plethora of talents and experience to KRLA.
She is an unwavering pro-life, pro-family and pro-woman advocate who has championed the human rights of the unborn child and women’s right to know, the healthcare right to make a complete and informed decision before giving consent to abortion. She was the first woman in Ky to be appointed Chair of the House Standing Committee on Health and Family Services.
Her faith and mission-driven vision have taken her around the globe, at times to places few would venture. She was the founder and missions director for Project Wings Of Mercy, International Medical and Humanitarian Aid, completing nine missions to war-torn Bosnia and Croatia during the 1991-94 conflict.

Diana Maldonado
KY Right to Life Board President
Diana Maldonado is a dedicated leader and longtime advocate for the ProLife movement in Kentucky. She served for 13 years as President of Kentucky Right to Life, providing steadfast leadership and advancing the organization’s mission across the state. In addition, Diana devoted 20 years to the board of Right to Life of Central Kentucky, where she held key roles including Secretary, Vice President, and President before stepping down in 2024.
Diana was married to her husband, Ramon, until his passing in 2018. She deeply values time spent with her eight grandchildren, who are a constant source of joy.
An avid historian, Diana is actively engaged in a research project focused on Kentucky’s Revolutionary War soldiers, often working with the Jessamine County Historical Society. She is also involved in several community and faith-based organizations, including serving as Chaplain of the Trabue Chapter of the DAR, Secretary of the Jessamine County Republican Women’s Club, participating in Millions of Monicas at Saint Luke Catholic Church, and serving as Secretary for the Advocates for the Holy Family.

Sharon Perkins
KY Right to Life Office Administrator
Sharon Perkins is a dedicated office administrator with over 30 years of experience and is known for her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to supporting mission-driven work. With a natural ability to keep operations running smoothly, she brings structure, efficiency, and excellence to every environment she serves.
Her passion for advocacy and faith is deeply rooted in her personal journey. Sharon’s first mission began through the adoption of her two children from Kazakhstan, an experience that shaped her heart for service and global outreach. This calling later led her to serve four years in Malawi, where she was actively involved in ministry work focused on discipleship, church planting, and supporting women in their faith.
At the center of Sharon’s life is her faith in Jesus Christ, which guides her leadership, relationships, and daily work. She is passionate about using her gifts to advocate for others, serve with compassion, and make a lasting impact both locally and globally.

Lily Sumner
KY Right to Life Youth Ambasador
Lily Sumner is a faith-driven leader, pro-life advocate, and entrepreneur committed to serving others and living out God’s purpose from West Point, KY. She is the founder of Wrapped in God’s Warmth, a nonprofit that provides winter kits to individuals experiencing homelessness, rooted in the belief that every life is worthy of dignity and care. For her nonprofit work, she was the 2025 recipient of the Bell Award and the National Emerging Leader Award. She also founded P.E.E.P. (Find Your Purpose through Experience and Exposure with Passion), empowering students nationwide to discover their calling through real-world opportunities and mentorship.
As Youth Ambassador for Kentucky Right to Life, Lily leads the NextPulse youth division, mobilizing young people to stand for the sanctity of life and to engage in advocacy at the state level. Grounded in her faith, Lily strives to lead with purpose, serve with compassion, and reflect God’s love in all she does.
