Like many of you, we stayed up to watch the celebration and spectacular fireworks over our Nation’s Capitol. What a fitting tribute as America begins celebrating our Nation’s 250th Anniversary throughout this historic year.

As we reflect on our nation’s past, may we remain grateful for the generations of brave men and women who built, defended, and preserved the freedoms we enjoy today.

Like many Americans, we will also be cheering on Team USA as they take the field tonight against Belgium. Monday evening, even those who aren’t devoted soccer fans can’t help but smile as crowds join together singing “Take Me Home, Country Roads.”

But while we celebrate America’s past, we also have a responsibility to help shape America’s future.

The one year federal DEFUNDING of Planned Parenthood expired on July 4th.

While millions of Americans celebrated our nation’s founding, Planned Parenthood and abortion advocates celebrated something very different. 

Once again, the nation’s largest abortion provider stands to receive hundreds of millions of your taxpayer dollars.

This Is Not About Politics.

This is not about Republicans or Democrats.

Planned Parenthood is not a government agency.

Planned Parenthood is a private nonprofit organizationoperating through incorporated affiliates throughout the United States.

Prior to the defunding in 2025, Planned Parenthood reportedly received approximately $832 million in government reimbursements and grants.

A Question Every American Should Ask:

Should a private organization performing more than 434,000 abortions each year continue receiving approximately $832 million in taxpayer-supported reimbursements and grants?

Or should those healthcare dollars follow women and families to community health centers, rural clinics, hospitals, and physicians providing comprehensive healthcare without performing abortions?

Good stewardship protects both lives and livelihoods.

Protecting taxpayers is part of protecting families.
