Supreme Court Rules Attorney General Cameron should be allowed to defend Kentucky Pro-Life Law

A press conference to thank Attorney General Daniel Cameron for his dedication to pursue passage of the ‘Dismemberment Abortion’ Law, was held on the Capitol steps on October 6, 2021. The Human Rights of the UnBorn Child Act – banning live dismemberment was passed in 2018 but immediately challeged by the EMW Clinic and the ACLU. Read more.

On October 12, 2021, Attorney Matt Kuhn argued the case before the Supreme Court. Addia Wuchner, Angela Minter of Sisters for Life, and many Students for Life were at SCOTUS to cheer for the AG Team. https://www.facebook.com/watch/?v=884529169115714

 

If you heard the Argument before SCOTUS, perhaps you perceived some confusion over whether our AG Attorney General Daniel Cameron filed papers in a timely manner to follow up on the Appeals Court decision. Here is a Pdf of a related brief that makes CLEAR that AG Cameron was TOTALLY PUNCTUAL in his follow up. The confusion is due to the course of the case.
