URGENT UPDATE:

Request for Your Presence and Prayers

The “Mary Poe” case, filed by the ACLU this past Tuesday, challenges Kentucky’s law protecting the lives of unborn children. The first part of the hearing process is scheduled for this

Monday at 10:45 AM in Division Five of the Jefferson County Circuit Court, presided over by Judge Tracy Evette Davis.

Location:

700 W. Jefferson Street

Louisville, KY 40202

First, I am urgently ask for your prayers for the Attorney General’s Legal Team as they prepare to defend Kentucky’s prolife laws. Their work is critical in upholding the dignity and sanctity of life.

If possible, your presence at the hearing on Monday is urgently needed and would be greatly appreciated as a show of support for life and those fighting this battle in the courtroom.

A Critical Hour is Upon Us

This hearing is the first step in the ACLU’s motion to request that this case be declared a class action lawsuit. If granted, this would allow “Mary Poe” to represent all pregnant Kentucky women, now and in the future, who may seek to terminate their pregnancy.

This case is effectively Kentucky’s Roe case. Should Judge Davis allow this case to proceed as a class action case, it is anticipated that the ACLU will quickly file a motion to seek an injunction against Kentucky’s pro-life laws.

**Friends, If we lose this battle, abortion facilities could reopen in Kentucky before Christmas. Over two years and so many lives saved and the abortion industry in Kentucky could be open for business again.

This is a pivotal moment for the protection of life in our state.**

Your prayers, support, and presence are urgently needed. Let us stand together in faith and solidarity during this critical hour. Call our office if you have any questions 502-895-5959.
