1. Questionnaire Requirement It is the longstanding policy of the Kentucky Right to Life Victory PAC that candidates seeking endorsement must complete a candidate questionnaire. Candidate responses are reviewed solely by the PAC Committee and are not published, distributed, or shared publicly.
2. Important Note for Federal Candidates Circumstances at the federal level are often different than those faced by state and local candidates.
Kentucky Right to Life recognizes the significance of the Hyde Amendment, which is celebrating its 50th anniversary. Since its enactment, the Hyde Amendment has saved an estimated 2.6 million lives by preventing taxpayer funding of elective abortion.
While Kentucky Right to Life believes every human life is sacred and deserving of protection, we also recognize the realities of federal policymaking and the importance of advancing life-affirming protections whenever possible.
As the Kentucky affiliate of National Right to Life, we stand united in support of key federal priorities, including: - Continued support for the Hyde Amendment and other protections against taxpayer-funded abortion
- Defunding Planned Parenthood and redirecting resources to comprehensive healthcare providers
- Restoring and strengthening FDA safety protections and Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategies (REMS) related to abortion-inducing drugs
- Advancing policies that protect both unborn children and their mothers
