Primary Election Day is Tuesday, our mailboxes have been overflowing and early voting turnout has already reached record highs across many communities.

As America approaches the celebration of our Nation’s 250th Anniversary, we are reminded that our system of self-government is one of the greatest gifts entrusted to us by our Founders.

We do not live in a nation where kings reign or rulers and lords are simply appointed over the people.

We are blessed to live in a Constitutional Republicwhere citizens have both the privilege and responsibility to help choose their leaders.

For more than two centuries, Americans have fought, sacrificed, and given their lives to protect that sacred right.

A CHALLENGING ELECTION SEASON 🇺🇸

This 2026 Primary Election season has been intense.

Our televisions, social media feeds, mailboxes, phones, and doorsteps have been flooded with campaign ads, mailers, and political messaging. Much of it has been negative, divisive, and focused more on tearing others down than lifting ideas up.

Millions upon millions of dollars have been spent trying to capture the attention — and votes — of Kentucky citizens.

At times, it can feel overwhelming as outside groups, political factions, and power brokers all compete to shape public opinion.



My prayer is that voters will be able to push through the noise, seek truth with wisdom and discernment, and vote not out of fear or anger, but with hope, conviction, and love of our Commonwealth and our Country.
